Refund requests
Any refund eligibility and amount will depend on the written terms provided at admission, the type of programme, services already delivered and applicable consumer-protection or other laws. This page does not create a blanket no-refund rule or guarantee refunds in all circumstances.
How to request a review
Email info@citcmohali.com with your name, registered mobile number, course, payment receipt and reason for cancellation. We will review your request in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
Clarification
For any course delivered or certified through another institution or assessment body, separate published conditions may apply. Request those conditions before admission.
